General Questions:

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

You can also check the status of your order from the "Track Your Order" section located on the home page.

(Multiple items order): If you have received some of the items you ordered and not others, please know that they are not lost or forgotten. Some items are shipped separately depending on the size, quantity and/or weight of the order. However, you will receive all items ordered in separate packages.

● U.S Orders: Once you've placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for order verification and processing, and an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. *Shipping time depends on location*.

● International orders: Once you've placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for order verification and processing, and an additional 1-3 weeks for delivery. *Delivery times will vary depending on your location, your items ordered, and your country's custom regulations*.

*Please be aware that your country may have additional VAT, Import, and Custom’s fees. We have no control over these fees and don’t have information on how these fees work in different countries. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. No refunds will be given to packages returned to us due to unpaid customer fees.

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

Additionally, we also offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

We accept payments in all currencies! All prices will be converted from the price in USD.

*Exchange rates are calculated with the "Daily Conversion Rate" according to U.S regulations. If your credit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. Please consult your bank or credit card provider if you are unsure. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit/debit card company may charge you.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, email and telephone number. If there is something wrong with your order, or if any item arrived in a damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to send a free replacement for any damaged product at no additional charges.

If you have a return/refund request resulting from a defective item, please send us an email with a picture and/or video of the package plus any other details you may have about your order at info@malienartwork.com - Valid within 30 days of your order being shipped.

We guarantee any of our products made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defects. If you have a return or exchange request resulting from a defective item, please contact us at info@malienartwork.com and we’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

*We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, UPS or DHL. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.*
